I haven’t always been a Life Coach. Like many people, I have transitioned into different careers. With each transition, I embraced change. 

During a successful career in consulting, I advanced through various levels of management. This allowed me to gain experience through managing projects, providing technical oversight, and running operations. The knowledge and experience I gained gave me a significant advantage when I started my own environmental consulting business.

Being an entrepreneur helped me to grow tremendously in my leadership and become more involved in the community.

Change can come in many different ways. For me, the next transition was into marketing. I learned I had creative skills and talents that balanced well with my strategic side in business.  

My professional and personal growth along the way has brought me both satisfaction and happiness. In addition to being trained and certified in Life Coaching, I am sharing what I have learned and experienced from my personal and professional growth for use as a Life Coach.

I have learned that we must always work to maintain a balanced lifestyle, and this involves looking for ways to create positive shifts that help us strive to be our best self, while staying curious and challenging ourselves to reach beyond our comfort zone.
